Avon Color Creme Eyeshadow Review and Tutorial

Hello again!

So I thought that when I started summer break I would have tons more time to do my nails and other fun DIYs. I was wrong! I haven't painted my nails in 3 weeks or more and it makes me kind of sad! Not to mention, I'm starting to run out of drafts so I'm going to have to start going DIY crazy!

Today I'm going to review this color creme eyeshadow that  got from Avon! It was on sale so I just HAD to buy it, plus I have been looking for a pink eyeshadow like this for quite some time now!

It comes in this cute little squeeze tube with a nozzle for dispensing the product.

This is the box it came in. Apparently when I was thinking of writing this post I thought it was important to show you the box!

These are the directions on the back of the box!

I like this eyeshadow but I don't use it very often only because it really frustrates me. It can be sort of hard to blend and it's not a very bold color so you can barely see it on my eyelid. I find that it works best when you use two coats and then ass some white in the corner of your eye.

This is the Avon mascara I use religiously and I absolutely love it! It does a great job at making this toned-down shadow pop!

To apply the shadow, I put a small amount on my finger and rub it on my eyelid. I start in the center and work outwards.

This is what the shadow looks like after it is blended. This is one layer:

This shows you a close-up of the shadow after I applied liquid eyeliner and mascara. (Ignore the gross breakout on my forehead)

Here is the finished product!

As you can see, it is a very subtle color. I like to add the liquid eyeliner because I feel it makes the color pop a little more. I was so excited about this eyeshadow that I ordered the Champagne as well but they kept telling me it would be in the next order and it never came! I was super disappointed!

Unfortunately, they have discontinued this line of eyeshadow, so I can't give you a purchase link! You can purchase the mascara here though!

Let me know what you think! I would also love some suggestions on future DIYs and tutorials that you want to see!
